Umai caviar with ice cream unusual but mind-blowing

Our favourite combination is the Umai Modern with a vanilla ice cream, but it tastes great with almost any other ice cream such as white chocolate, pistachio, stracciatella and more!
We recommend one scoop of ice cream with 8-10g of caviar per serving and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. The olive oil gives it this beautiful touch of smokiness and brings everything together.
